Refund & Cancellation Policy

Top Line / esimple.pro – eSIM Services

1. General Information

The sale of eSIM packages via esimple.pro constitutes a distance selling transaction in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

An eSIM is a digital telecommunications service delivered immediately upon successful purchase in the form of a QR code and electronic SIM profile.


2. Right of Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that:

  • The eSIM has not been used in the destination country;
  • No mobile data has been consumed;
  • The service has not been materially used;
  • The request is submitted in writing to:
    orders@esimple.pro

All cancellation requests are subject to technical verification.


3. Digital Service Notice

Due to the nature of digital telecommunications services, issuance of the eSIM profile constitutes delivery of a digital product.

Use of the eSIM — including connection to the destination country’s network or any data consumption — is considered commencement and full performance of the service.


4. Refund Options (If Approved)

If the eSIM is verified as completely unused, one of the following options may be offered:

  • Refund to the original payment method; or
  • Credit to the customer’s internal wallet on esimple.pro for future purchases.

The final refund method may be determined in coordination with the customer.


5. Used eSIM – No Refund

If the eSIM has been used in any way — including:

  • connection to the destination country’s mobile network; or
  • any recorded data consumption —

the order is considered fully performed and completed.

In such cases, the service is deemed delivered in full and no refund will be available.


6. Processing Fees for Refunds

If a refund is issued to the original payment method, a processing fee may be deducted to cover non-refundable payment gateway and transaction costs incurred at the time of purchase.

The processing fee will not exceed 5% of the original transaction amount.

Refunds issued to the internal wallet on esimple.pro are not subject to processing fee deductions.


7. Device Compatibility

Customers are solely responsible for verifying that their device supports eSIM technology prior to purchase.

A list of compatible devices is available on the website. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have verified device compatibility.

Refunds will not be granted due to device incompatibility where compatibility information was made available prior to purchase.


8. How to Submit a Request

All cancellation requests must be sent to:

The request must include:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • eSIM ICCID (if available)
  • Brief explanation

Each request is reviewed individually following technical verification.


9. Network Conditions

Network coverage, speed, and service quality depend on local operators and external factors. Top Line / esimple.pro is not responsible for variations in signal quality once the service has been activated.
